Privacy Policy
Last updated 29 September 2026
This policy explains what we collect when you enquire or book, why we hold it, and what we do not do with it.
What we collect
| When you enquire | Name, phone number, departure city, travel dates, number of travellers, and anything you choose to tell us. |
|---|---|
| When you book | Full name as printed on your government ID, age, and a copy of that ID. Airlines and hotels require these; we cannot issue a ticket without them. |
| When you pay online | Nothing. Payment is handled entirely by Razorpay. We receive only confirmation that a payment succeeded, and the amount. |
We never see your card number, UPI PIN, CVV, or net banking password. Those are entered on Razorpay's own systems, never on ours.
Why we hold it
Only to arrange and run your tour: issuing tickets, booking the hotel, arranging darshan, and reaching you if something about your travel changes.
Who we share it with
Only those who need it to deliver your booking — the airline, the hotel, the transport operator, and the Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust where darshan arrangements require it. Nothing more than each of them needs.
We do not sell your data. We do not rent it, trade it, or pass it to advertisers or list brokers. Ever.
How long we keep it
ID documents are kept only while needed for your booking and for the period required by the airline and by law, then deleted. Contact details are kept so we can serve you again, unless you ask us to remove them.
Your choices
Write to bookings@saitempletours.in to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. To stop hearing from us, reply STOP to any WhatsApp message, or simply tell us.

The site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party trackers beyond basic visitor statistics. The enquiry form opens WhatsApp on your own device — it does not send your details anywhere until you press send.
