Terms and Conditions

Last updated 29 September 2026

These terms apply to every booking made with Sai Temple Tours, whether booked over the phone, on WhatsApp, by email or through this website. By paying an advance you accept them.

1. What a booking covers

Each package page on this website lists exactly what the fare includes and what it does not. The inclusions shown on the page you booked from form part of these terms. Anything not listed as included is not included.

2. Fares and when they apply

Published fares are per person on twin-sharing basis and apply to bookings made 21 days or more before departure. For travel within 20 days a short-notice supplement applies, because airfares rise sharply close to the date. That supplement is quoted to you in writing before any payment is taken.

A minimum of two passengers applies to every booking.

3. Payment

A booking is confirmed only when the advance has been received and we have sent you a written confirmation. The balance is payable before departure, on the date stated in that confirmation.

Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see, handle or store your card, UPI or banking credentials at any point.

4. Documents you must carry

Every traveller must carry an original government photo ID and produce it at the airport and at the hotel. Names given at booking must match that ID exactly. Airlines refuse boarding where they do not, and no refund is due in that case.

5. Changes by us

Flight schedules, darshan timings and Sansthan arrangements are set by the airline and by the Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust, not by us. If any of them change, we adjust the ground plan around them at no extra cost to you and tell you as soon as we know. We do not charge for changes we make.

6. Changes by you

Date changes are subject to availability and to whatever the airline and hotel charge us. Ask us as early as you can; the closer to departure, the less can be moved without cost.

7. Cancellation

Set out in full on our Cancellation and Refunds Policy page, which forms part of these terms.

8. Conduct and the shrine

Shirdi is a place of worship. Travellers are expected to follow the Sansthan's rules on dress, photography and queue discipline. Where a traveller's conduct puts the group at risk, we may end their tour; no refund is due.

9. What we are not responsible for

We are not liable for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control, including flight delays and cancellations, weather, traffic, strikes, changes to darshan arrangements, illness, or acts of government. We do not provide travel insurance and recommend you arrange your own.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
