Cancellation and Refunds Policy

This page sets out when a booking can be cancelled, what is retained and how long a refund takes. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.
How to cancel
Tell us in writing — by email to bookings@saitempletours.in or on WhatsApp to +91 93451 69252. The date we receive your message is the date used to work out the charge. Please include the lead traveller's name and the travel date.
What is retained
| When you cancel | What happens |

| More than 15 days before departure | Refunded in full, less any airline cancellation charge already levied on the ticket. |
| Between 15 and 7 days before departure | A part of the advance is retained. The exact amount is stated in your booking confirmation. |
| Within 7 days of departure | The refund depends on what we are able to recover from the hotel and the airline. We pass back whatever we recover. |
| No-show, or boarding refused for want of valid ID | No refund is due. |
Airline charges are not ours to waive. Once a ticket is issued, the airline's own cancellation rules apply to that ticket and we can only refund what the airline releases to us. This is why the fare is lower when you book early.
How long a refund takes
Approved refunds are initiated within 5 working days of us confirming the cancellation. Once initiated, the money reaches the original payment method in 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank. Refunds are always made to the account or card the payment came from — we cannot redirect a refund elsewhere.
If we cancel
If we cancel a departure for any reason within our control, you receive a full refund of everything paid, with nothing retained, or a transfer to another date if you prefer.
